lamb meat 250 grams
1 cup of red beans (Soak in water for 1 hour)
1 chopped onion
finely chopped herbs 500 grams (scallions 100 grams, coriander 125 grams, parsley 125 grams, spinach 100 grams, fenugreek 50 grams)
whole dried line 3 pcs (Soak the in the water to get soft in order to pierce them)
fresh lemon juice of 1 lemon
turmeric powder 1/2 of a tsp
black pepper powder 1/2 of a tsp
cooking time almost 2 hours on low flames

This dish is usually served with white rice.
