Yves Bissouma made a good impact off the bench in Brighton's opening-weekend 2-0 defeat to Watford and will push for a full debut here.
Glenn Murray recovered from a knock to start against the Hornets, while Jürgen Locadia was only fit enough for a place on the bench.
Chris Hughton is hopeful José Izquierdo and Florin Andone will be available next weekend, while James Tilley remains a doubt for the Seagulls.
Martín Montoya was not involved for Brighton after his deadline day arrival but Hughton has suggested he could be part of the matchday squad here. With Bruno ruled out, he could even start. Gaëtan Bong is another option at right-back.
Club-record signing Alireza Jahanbakhsh will hope for a full debut against United.

Manchester United
Diogo Dalot, Marcos Rojo, Ander Herrera and Sergio Romero are all ruled out again for Manchester United.
Nemanja Matic and Antonio Valencia are back in training but this weekend will come too soon for the duo.
Marouane Fellaini and Paul Pogba made early returns to first-team action in United's 2-1 win over Leicester, while Ashley Young and Phil Jones were unused substitutes.
Jesse Lingard will also travel with the squad following his late return from 2018 World Cup duty.
Luke Shaw merits another chance at left-back after scoring his first senior goal last weekend, so Mourinho may start Young at right-back following another poor performance from Matteo Darmian.
Romelu Lukaku is also back and will likely replace Marcus Rashford through the middle, who could move into one of the wide positions.

Brighton slipped to a 2-0 defeat away to Watford on the opening-weekend of the new Premier League season and will be out to cause a shock against Manchester United for a second home encounter in a row.
United overcame Leicester 2-1 last weekend but generally struggled away to sides like Brighton and Huddersfield last season. Jose Mourinho's side are still vulnerable in these early stages and will have to improve their performance from last weekend to come away with all three points here.
Brighton have conceded a staggering 23 league goals from set-pieces since the start of last season and the return of Ashley Young could prove key for the away side here. Only Watford have conceded more (24) from deadball positions in the Premier League during the same period.
