2 cups , Plain flour آرد سفید
1 1/2 cups , Whole-meal flour آرد سبوس دار
1 1/2 teaspoons , Yeast خمیر مایه
1 teaspoon , Salt نمک
1 tablespoon , Olive oil روغن زیتون
2 cups , Warm water آب گرم
2 litres , Water آب
3 medium , Potatoes کچالو، سیب زمینی
3 cloves of , Garlicسیر
1 bunch, Chives or Spring onion پیازچه
1/2 teaspoon , Turmeric powder زردچوبه
1 teaspoon , Coriander powder پودر گشنیز
1/2 teaspoon, Black pepper مورچ سیاه
1/2 teaspoon, Salt نمک
1/2 teaspoon , Chilli flakes or powder مورچ سرخ
3 tablespoons , Water آب
Oil for frying
