Pound Cake Recipe - Lemon Pound Cake - Very Moist Pound Cake - Afghan Cooking Channel

This is one of my favourite cakes that I make at home and everyone loves it. Supper moist and delicious. This cake will last several days in the fridge or outside in places where day temperatures are less than 20'C.

Note:
*Eggs must be at room temperature.
*Butter has to be at room temperature. leave it out 2-3 hours before you start baking.
*You can add vanilla extract or essence instead of vanilla sugar.
*If you are using thick baking pan, bake at 180'C or otherwise at 165'C.

250g Butter (At room temperature ) مسکه (نرم شده)
1 cup sugar بوره
5 Eggs تخم مرغ
1 tablespoons Lemon zest پوست لیمو
1/2 cup Milk شیر
2 cups Plain flour آرد سفید
2 teaspoons Baking powder بیکینگ پودر
1 packet Vanilla sugar شکر وانیلی
1/2 teaspoons Salt نمک
1 teaspoon Cardamom powder پودر هل سبز
