Perfect Persian Pirashki

Most people are familiar with the Russian variety of Pirashki (often spelled Piroshki), but not many know about the Persian variety. Persian Pirashki can be sweet (filled with cream) or savory (filled with ground beef). In this video you will see me make a savory Pirashki that will make your mouth water, without spending all day in the kitchen! I'm certain that making your own dough from scratch would take this recipe up a notch, but if you're anywhere as busy as I am, this is a great alternative. You can serve these as an appetizer or make an entire meal out of them. Kids love these as a go-to snack and since they're even tastier at room temperature, you can easily wrap them up for a school lunch. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do. Enjoy!
