Making Mushroom Soup fast and easy and yummy


Chopped mushroom 200 grams
fresh chopped choriander 2 tbsp
cooking cream 2 tbsp - if you don't have access to cream you can use milk
1 fresh lemon juice
corn flour 2 tbsp
salt to taste
red pepper powder half a tbsp
turmeric half a tbsp
freshly grated ginger half a tbsp or you can use the powder as well
1 chopped onion

add 3 tbsp oil into the pot and start frying the onions until soft. add the gigner and fry for a minute.
add salt, red pepper powder, turmeric powder & mushrooms and mix. cover and let 5 minutes to cook under medium flame.
uncover and conitune to fry for anoher 5 minutes.
remove from the heat. remove 2/3 of the mushroom and keep the rest in the pot. put 2/3 of the mushreoom in the mixer and add a glass of water and mix well.
then return back to the pot, add 2 more glass of water and let it boil. once waiting for boiling, separately add the corn flour with half a cup of water and dissolve well. after boiling the soup, add the corn flour to the soup and let it boil for another 2 to 3 minutes keep mixing the soup. then add the cream and coriander and mix and let if cook for 5 minutes.
remove from the heat and add the fresh lemon juice and serve.
