This is an Afghani style pasta (Macaroni). There are four steps to this dish; meat sauce, garlic yogurt, fresh herbs and boiling the pasta. If you like afghani Ashak then you will like this recipe too, Because it is very similar to Ashak but the easier and quicker option.

Cooking Oil 4-5 tablespoons
Onion 1 Large size
Beef or lamb Mince 400g
Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Fresh Tomato Paste or Can of Tomato 1 cup
Tomato Paste 1 tablespoon
Water 1 cup
Pasta 1 Pack (500g)
Boiling Water 3 litres
Chives or Spring Onion 1 small bunch
Fresh Coriander 1 Small Bunch
Fresh Parsley 1 Small Bunch
Greek Yogurt 5 tablespoons
garlic Paste 1/2 teaspoon
Salt A Pinch
Water 1/3 cup
Dry Mint 1 tablespoon
Chilli Powder As You Need
