For the menu: Zereshk follow (Iranian / Persian rice), Iranian kabab Koobideh skewers, and chocolate stuffed crepes

Recipes for Ramadan Iftar table day 24:

How to make Crepes:
2 cups all purpose flour
4 cups milk
4 tablespoons sugar cane
3 eggs
2 packs vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest

For toppings:
chocolate sirop
roasted almond
hazelnut chocolate spread

How to make Iranian / Persian kofta :
ground beef ( I chose grass fed beef)
grated half red onion
2 slices whole wheat bread
spices: paprika, sumac, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and turmeric

Onions, salt, and vinegar

Cranberries

Olive oil
sliced potatoes
Saffran
saffron food coloring
