This bread is supper soft and fluffy. Adding sugar makes it a bit sweet but u can reduce/eliminate sugar depending on your taste. You can freeze it for up to 3 months or keep it in an air tight bag/container at room temperature for a week.
NOTE: if the dough is dry add few more tablespoons of milk or if it is very wet use more flour to have a soft dough.

500g Plain flour آرد سفید ساده
1/2 cup 100g Oil روغن
3 tablespoons Sugar بوره
1 1/2 tablespoons Yeast خمیر مایه
1 large egg تخم مرغ
1 1/4 cup Milk (warm)شیر (گرم)
1 egg تخم مرغ
3 tablespoons oil روغن
Black seeds دانه سیاه
Sesame seeds دانه کنجد
