Easy to make buttercream in different colors.

butter 100 grams
incing sugar 2 cups
1/4 tbsp milk or cream

sift the icing sugar, beat the butter for 5 minutes until creamy and pale. add icing sugar in 3 steps and mix well in each step of adding & scrape around the bowl into the mixture as well. by adding and adding the icing sugar, the mixture turns to get thicker and its here that we need to add the milk or cream to reach to our desired consistency. so add the milk 1 spoon at a time and mix until you reach to your consistency. if you want different colors of buttercream at this stage you should add your favorite colors of 2 to 3 drops and beat well.
