Persian Pasta! 100 times yummier than Italian pasta…

mince meat 500 grams
1 red capsicum chopped
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp paprika
2 full tsp salt

fry the onion until golden.
add mince meat and fry. mash is while frying.
add the capsicum and mix. add turmeric, black pepper and paprika powder and mix.
add tomato paste and mix well. add salt and mix. add a glass of boiling water and cover and let it cook for 15 minutes or until the water is almost evaporated. Remove it from the heat and set aside.
fill the pot with boiling water under the heat and add the pasta in it. and let it to be half cooked. add a tsp turmeric powder for a nice colour if you wish to.
keep stiring to avoid sticking the pasta while cooking. Once half cooked drain it.
Separately slice 3 potatoes and set aside.
Bring back the pot to high heat and add oil. add a tsp turmeric powder and fry for a minute. place the potatoes on the bottom of the pot. put one later of pasta over it. add the next layer of the meat and repeat the pasta and meat layers until finish. add half a glass of water and half a glass of oil over it. place a clean towel over the pot and wrap it around the pot cover in order to brew the pasta. let the pasta to brew for 10 minutes on high heat and 45 minutes on low heat and you’re done.
Have it with ketchup. YUM…
