self raising flour 3 cups
sugar 1 cup
2 lightly beaten eggs
milk 1 cup
melted butter 90 grams

preheat the oven to 210 C (415F). sift the flour into a large bowl and stir in the sugar. make a well in the center
mix together the eggs, milk and butter all at once. using a wooden or silicon spoon stir until just mixed. do not over beat. the batter must be lumpy.
spoon the mixture into the cupcake paper moulds in half and let in the oven to bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
You can decorate it with buttercream.
