40g Corn Flour
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
600g Double Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
500g Butter

1. Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl, and once that is mixed add the cornflour, double cream and vanilla bean paste.
2. Take and pot and pour in boiling water and use the steam to heat up the mixture by placing the bowl on top of the pan. Whisk this continuously for 20 minutes.
3. Once the mixture has thickened let it cool completely.
4. once it has cooled whisk the butter for 5 minutes and then start adding the cooked mixture in sections.
5. Enjoy
